Hey Flist! I need your help. Nothing big.

So I have this untitled story I'm working on which I built off of a really lame fanfic I wrote back in middle school *shudders* It was an AU fic which I have modified A LOT since then. Recently I drew/colored pictures of some of the main characters. I'd like to see if any of you can guess based on the character designs/names what anime the idea sparked from. Please and thank you!

So Anime Boston was a blast, despite all the mad crazy long lines we had to wait in. I spent most of the time with Lierin, though some of it was spent with Jen and her friends as well as some complete strangers. XD

Friday:

So the registration line was EVIL. I didn't actually check how long we had to wait in it, but I'd say at least two of three hours. And we were lucky to have a wait that short. I ended up chatting with the group behind Lierin and I so that helped to pass the time as well as taking pictures of passing cosplayers. After reaching the end of the line Lierin and I headed over to the dealers room to view all the shinies. I ended up ordering a twelve set of copic markers so I can start collecting them. They are prettyyyyyy. Then we checked out artist's ally where I was sad that I wasn't uber talented like the people there, which cause Lierin to give me a good punch. >.> Then we retreated for food. After food we headed back to the dealers room so I could pick up my markers and I also ended up buying the first season of Orphen, minus disk three for 40 bucks. Sweet. After that we made our way to the line for the AMV contest and waiting, taking more cosplay pictures.

Saturday:

Woke up pretty early to have our stuff picked up by Jen's dad and then headed over the breakfast. Lierin and I sat next to this older gentleman who was the first person I've had ask about what was going on with and actual interest and not just go 'wtf?' at us. Afetr breakfast we went to the Ouran panel with was pretty fantastic. All of the characters had a song they danced too which was pretty amusing. After the Ouran panel we headed out and got in line for the Anime Dating Game. The first bacholer with Gendo from Eva and the bacholerettes were Sailor Saturn, Cutie Honey, Hinata and Yumiko Readman. He ended up with Hinata who was pretty darn adorable. Next Hyatt (Plus Excel) from Excel Saga won a date with Alucard and Godot. HyattxAlucard=AB OTP. Then they all gots kidnapped by teh badguys. Oh noes!

After the dating game we checked out the cosplay courtcase, found it to be too much of a shouting match and retreated for picture finding and food. After food we headed for the Maqurade line about four hours ahead of time. We were pretty well huddled together with a couple other groups and ended up chatting with them the whole time. It was a bit of a pain being at the end of a break in the line between the dealers room since everyone kept asking us if we were the end of the line. Near the end of the four hours we just started laughing if they asked. >.> The Masqurade was awesome. Jack Sparrow danced to the Pirates Who Don't Do Anything cover by Reliant K. Then a group of bad guys and heroes danced to Vagina Man Dumpster!!!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6quxOoULu-M The skits were pretty good but my favorites were the ones not up for competition. I hate that DDD is falling apart.

Wolf filled me in on what's been going on and I can't even bear to look at my friends list. DDD used to be such a great place for me. This time last year I was miserable and one of the only things that kept my the slightest bit cheerful was DDD. No matter what was troubling me, coming into DDD, even just the chat for a few minutes made my day. It ALWAYS made me feel better. I felt like I had a second family with everyone at DDD. I have no idea what brought on all of this, but it's really sad. And just so we're clear, I'm not blaming ANYONE for this. I just wish RL drama would stay out. I mean, we may be called Dramadramaduck, but come on people. Let it be known that I am still friends with all of you and I will not be taking sides. I'm not dropping DDD and I also wish that the people who have would come back so we could work things out, but if people really feel it's what they have to do, then so be it. To those who dropped, please don't feel you can't still chat with me. I still want to keep up with you guys and have fun. It's why I joined DDD in the first place. I love all you guys and it really hurts that things went down the way they did. *hugs and cookies all around*

Heyz, sorry I kind of dissappeared again. I've been busy with friends and fam since I go back to school tomorrow. I'm nervous and sad about it of course, but I'm kind of looking forward to the new year. My classes should be good and I'm looking forward to seeing my college friends again. (KYLE! We need to start THE GREAT DUCK TOUR!)

I still havn't posted Disney pictures, maybe my first weekend back home. Since the pictures are mostly on my aunts camera.

Speaking of Disney, I've decided to start collecting my own Disney movie collection.
